This position will be responsible to meet with clients, develop quality and competitive estimates using Xactimate software, manage work through completion, review budgets and communicate progress with clients and management Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Construction, Restoration, or Contents Estimating. Proven experience estimating residential projects and commercial projects Successful completion of Company Estimating Platform Level 2 User Certification. Completion of Advanced Xactimate Training and readiness for Estimating Platform Level 3 User Certification, with a minimum score of 90%. Experience with national pricing databases and material invoicing. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Working knowledge of MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) and their application to restoration and construction projects. Ability to prepare estimates, proposals, and related documentation in accordance with Company Estimate Format Standards using Xactimate. Extensive customer service experience with a strong client-focused approach. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Xactimate software. Professional demeanor, appearance, and excellent telephone communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with co-workers, clients, and vendors while maintaining professional relationships. IND002
