Commercial construction estimating exposure Ability to coach mentor and assist less experienced department Junior estimators/ estimators Executing takeoffs for commercial construction projects Work with chief estimators with takeoffs. Qualifications of Construction estimator/senior estimator Should have extensive commercial estimating experience in Bluebeam Must have strong worth ethic Must have 5-10+ years of estimating experience . take-off experience.
