75,000.00 - 85,000.00 USD / YEAR Share Share Email Post Share J. Fletcher Creamer & Son, Inc. is currently looking for an Estimating Engineer. This position is based out of our Hackensack, NJ office to assist with the day to day requirements of the estimating department. Overall Responsibilities Assist in the day to day Estimating operations Read construction plans and perform quantity take offs Solicit vendors for pricing, quotes on various quantities and materials Create bid folders Attend pre-bid meetings Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering or similar preferred Higher level Excel skills are preferred Knowledge of Bluebeam, Agtek, and/or other estimating software and methods Comfortable working in a team environment and speaking on the phone If you require sponsorship now or in the future, please discuss with recruiting or hiring team during interview process.
