We are looking for someone who has real field experience, understands handyman, repair, remodeling, and construction-type work, and knows how to look at a job, understand the scope, take proper measurements, communicate with customers, and provide accurate information for estimates. This position is best for someone who is already familiar with the work and is ready to step in and perform professionally without needing basic training in the field. Responsibilities ▪ Visit job sites and meet with customers. ▪ Inspect requested work and understand the customer's needs. ▪ Take accurate measurements and photos. ▪ Identify materials, labor needs, and possible job complications. ▪ Prepare clear job notes and scope details for estimates. ▪ Communicate professionally with customers and office staff. ▪ Help make sure estimates are accurate, detailed, and realistic. ▪ Represent the company in a professional and respectful manner. Requirements ▪ Experience in handyman, remodeling, construction, maintenance, or a related field. ▪ Ability to understand repair and installation work. ▪ Ability to identify job conditions and possible issues before work begins. ▪ Strong communication skills. ▪ Reliable, professional, and organized. ▪ Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. ▪ Must be comfortable meeting customers and explaining job details. ▪ Must be ready to work and able to operate independently in the field. Schedule Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday and Sunday off About Us Vegas Valley Home Services is a growing home service and repair company serving the Las Vegas area. We handle residential and commercial repair, maintenance, painting, drywall, doors, flooring, remodeling, and general handyman work.
