None Required The Opportunity You will serve as a vital member of the Logistics & Operations division, directly impacting company growth by producing precise commercial HVAC estimates. This role gives you the autonomy to navigate complex project demands within a team-oriented environment that actively values your technical insights. You will have the support of a leadership team dedicated to accountability and your ongoing professional advancement. How You Will Make an Impact Analyze detailed project specifications and blueprints to formulate highly accurate mechanical cost estimates. Manage multiple estimating deadlines simultaneously to ensure timely submission of bids in a high-paced environment. Coordinate with suppliers and equipment manufacturers to secure competitive pricing on specialized HVAC materials. Evaluate project logistics and operational constraints to identify potential cost-saving opportunities or risks. Collaborate closely with project managers and field teams to ensure precise handoffs of approved project budgets. Communicate the structural "whys" and "hows" behind estimate variations to maintain project transparency. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience specializing in commercial mechanical and HVAC estimating. Proven ability to generate comprehensive, accurate project cost estimates under tight timelines. Strong proficiency in interpreting complex architectural, mechanical, and logistical project drawings. Preferred Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated familiarity with advanced commercial HVAC systems and material procurement processes.
