In this key role, you will prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, analyze project requirements, and support the bidding process to help us deliver successful outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs Review project plans, specifications, and scope of work Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and leadership to ensure estimates align with project goals Maintain and update estimating databases and historical cost data Identify value engineering opportunities and potential risks Assist with bid preparation and presentation Qualifications Proven experience as an Estimator (construction, manufacturing, or related industry preferred) Strong analytical and mathematical skills with high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of Sharp Soft highly encouraged Field experience is a big plus Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents Strong organizational and time-management skills What We Offer Comprehensive benefits package: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Simple IRA with company match Paid Vacation Time Supportive team environment
