In this role, you will evaluate painting projects, prepare accurate estimates, and collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution. Your expertise will help us deliver top-quality results while maintaining competitive pricing and adhering to budget constraints. Responsibilities Meet with clients to assess painting projects Prepare accurate and competitive estimates Measure job sites and calculate material and labor costs Build and maintain strong customer relationships Follow up on estimates and assist with project scheduling Collaborate with project managers and painting crews Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating with a focus on painting or related trades. Strong proficiency in Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other estimating or construction management software tools. Knowledge of construction site operations, safety protocols, and project management principles. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms with clients. Familiarity with contracts, scope development, and cost control strategies within the construction industry. Hands-on experience working on construction sites or managing construction projects is highly preferred. Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams, presenting estimates, and negotiating agreements.
