The Construction Estimator will be responsible for: Preparing commercial and residential construction estimates, Conducting quantity take-offs, Accurately pricing labor and materials, Managing project budgets, Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients, Day-to-day tasks include: choosing projects that fit our company model and abilities, detailed cost analysis, reviewing construction documents, assessing project timelines, and submitting bid proposals. Qualifications 2+ Years experience in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs (salary is negotiable based on experience and portfolio) Effective Communication skills for client, supplier, subcontractor, and team interactions (verbal and written) Detail-oriented and capable of analyzing complex drawings and scopes Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proficiency in construction-related software is a plus (Planswift, etc.) Previous experience working professionally in the field is preferred Company Description Catalano Contracting Inc. is a family-owned construction company based in Western New York, recognized for both commercial and residential work.
