Demonstrated experience in commercial construction and/or commercial roofing Ability to read and understand construction specifications and drawings Ability to perform in-depth and accurate job cost estimates Strong computer abilities across multiple software systems including AI assisted platforms Acute math skills Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor with potential and current clients Ability to travel to jobsites and perform measurements and inspections at height Ability to travel to pre-bid meetings Team-player with the ability to function in a high production environment
