As an HVAC Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects. You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure bids are thorough, timely, and aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed HVAC estimates from drawings, specifications, and bid documents Perform quantity take-offs and pricing for labor, materials, and equipment Analyze project plans to identify scope, risks, and value engineering opportunities Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning bid strategies Maintain up-to-date cost databases and estimating tools

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HVAC Estimator within a mechanical contracting environment Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and NYC construction practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills APPLY today for immediate consideration!
