Job Description
About Us MPCC Corp is a Westchester based contractor performing new building construction and demolition work for various NYC agencies and surrounding municipalities. We are seeking a chief estimator to lead the company's efforts for the acquisition of new work. Candidate Requirements The individual needs to be a self-starter capable of framing an estimate from start to finish in the range of $1,000,000 to $150,000,000. Minimum 10 years' experience in bidding construction projects. Needs to be able to do detailed takeoffs for demolition, excavation, concrete, rebar, masonry, underground piping and all aspects of sitework. Needs to be able to review subcontractor bids for thoroughness and leveling Must be competent and capable of representing MPCC at pre-bid meetings. Ability to communicate well in English and work well with a team Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, BlueBeam, PlanSwift. Candidate should be able to provide professional references. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $110,000 to $140,000 annually Annual bonus 401K Health plan
