Job Description Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and time requirements. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate project scopes and budgets. Analyze project specifications and designs to identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Review and evaluate supplier and subcontractor proposals to ensure competitive pricing. Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders on budget adherence. Maintain an updated database of pricing and construction cost trends. Support the bidding process by preparing and submitting competitive proposals. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal building regulations and codes.
