Construction Management The LiRo Group Overview We have an immediate need for an Estimator or Sr. Estimator to join the Design & Construction Team. The client for this project is the NYS Office of General Services (OGS) in Hudson Valley NY Come join our team! LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Edison, NJ. Responsibilities Act as liaison between contractors, field personnel, client, executive staff and contract management on issues and complex matters. Estimate and negotiate orders on contract with contractors in accordance with the contract. Review orders on contract for compliance. Manage all orders on contract within a geographical location. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, or associates degree with 2 years of estimating experience, or 3 years' experience as an estimator. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel Estimating experience in all areas of construction preferred OSHA 10

Compensation:

Min $85,000 - $120,000 The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. We are committed to your success, and we invest in your growth and development to unlock your full potential.
