Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Columbus, OH area client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Senior Estimator position. Our client has been in the general contracting, design build and construction management business for over 60 years. • Estimating commercial construction
• Prepare, review, and evaluate electrical estimates with an understanding of the scope of work
• Manage bidding process
• Prepare purchase orders and track costs
• Prepare cost analyses
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors A successful candidate will possess the following:
• Seven years of experience in estimating for a general contractor
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Must have integrity
