Responsibilities Prepare comprehensive exterior construction estimates by analyzing project plans, specifications, and site conditions. Utilize estimating software apps to develop precise cost proposals. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms that align with project goals. Conduct site visits to gather accurate measurements and assess construction site conditions for realistic cost projections. Manage bid submissions, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time. Assist in cost control efforts throughout the project lifecycle by monitoring budgets and identifying potential overruns early. Review contracts and scope of work to ensure clarity and alignment with project requirements, supporting effective project management. Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating with a focus on exterior building components such as siding, roofing, or gutter systems. Strong knowledge of construction management principles, contracts, and project management processes. Proficiency in for digital plan review and markup; experience with estimating software is highly preferred. Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with clients as well as securing fair pricing. Hands-on construction site experience that provides insight into field conditions affecting estimates. Familiarity with cost control techniques to manage budgets effectively throughout the project duration. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contractual documents accurately. Pay:

$75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
