Estimator - Commercial Construction (Developer | Cleveland, OH) Interested in working on the developer side ? This is a great opportunity to make that move. We're partnered with a growing ~$100M developer in the Cleveland area looking to add an Estimator due to continued growth. You'll join a high-level preconstruction team with strong systems, clear processes, and a strategic approach to projects.

Responsibilities:

Prepare estimates and budgets for commercial projects Perform takeoffs and review plans/specs Assist with conceptual budgeting and early project planning Coordinate with subcontractors and support bid leveling Work closely with preconstruction and project teams

Qualifications:

Experience in commercial construction estimating Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and organization Experience with takeoffs and estimating software (Bluebeam, etc.)
