The Project Quotations Specialist is responsible for developing costing processes to meet FET's business objectives. Works closely with Business Development, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to develop product cost analyses and

price responses to our customers. Job Duties/Responsibilities Familiar with and be able to review/evaluate detailed project specifications from end users and/or EPC firms. Actively review and work with applications engineering to understand key aspects of the request for proposal or project c Prepare andplete formal quotation packages to clients and consult with inside Sales Rep team. Develop conceptual and definitive estimates for projects that are aligned withpany goals. Ensure that all aspects of a project are covered in the estimate using the project scope, AE Handoff, P&ID's, material take-off, and client requirements. Assist in developing aprehensive and thoroughly documented estimating basis for all estimates. Familiarity with subcontractor cost analysis for assessment of fair and reasonable pricing determinatio Communicate with all departments involved inpleting quotations. Identify and present variable pricing to Management Team andpetitive information as available. Facilitate the estimate and customer change order reviews and ensure that all documentation required for the review isplete. practical field experience with constructability expertise to the development of conceptual estimates w little or no design drawings and information exist for the effort. Experience with midstream or production equipment. Experience should include hands-on work estimating labor hours, specifying material andponents from P&ID's, working knowledge of fabrications methods and practices. Proficient with running Compress for preliminary calculations. Ability to read and develop estimates from Compress reports and Engineering Sizing. Ability to solicit control instrumentation with minimal engineering direction. Perform other related duties as requested by supervisor. Skills/Knowledge Product knowledge, problem solving ability. Self-motivated and able to produce high-quality results within time and budget constraint Proficiency in use of MS Office product Ability to meet Ability to work on multiple projects to meet Implement and effectively usepany standard estimating system Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills. Ability to coordinate other members time to achieve overall targets Must be able tomunicateplex estimating information to team members. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diversemunity. Education Bachelor's Degree or related work experience. Experience Minimum seven (7) years job-related experience with midstream or production equipment a plus. Minimum of seven (7) years quotations, operations, or supply chain experience.
