Estimator - Drywall & Metal Framing A well-established subcontractor specializing in metal framing and drywall is seeking an Estimator to join their growing team. This company delivers high-quality work on commercial projects and is known for its strong pipeline and team-oriented culture.

Position Overview:

The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids for commercial drywall and metal framing projects. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and experienced in handling large-scale project estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for metal framing and drywall projects Analyze plans, specifications, and bid documents Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing using industry software Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors Manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet deadlines Assist with bid reviews and project handoffs to operations

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of estimating experience in drywall and/or metal framing Experience estimating multi-million-dollar commercial projects Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and QuickBooks (QB) Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications Excellent organizational and communication skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:
