Tulsa, OK Job Details Full-time $90,000 - $105,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Working on construction projects in a civil infrastructure role Construction industry experience Productivity software Full Job Description Key Responsibilities Manage and support multiple asphalt paving and civil construction projects from startup through completion Coordinate closely with superintendents and foremen to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget Spend significant time in the field monitoring production, progress, quality, and jobsite coordination Maintain communication with general contractors, owners, subcontractors, and vendors Assist with project documentation including schedules, daily reporting, job costing, change orders, and project updates Support procurement of materials, trucking, subcontractors, and equipment as needed Participate in project meetings and maintain strong client relationships Assist with bidding and estimating activities for paving and civil work Learn estimating processes, takeoffs, and pricing as experience develops Help identify and resolve project issues proactively to keep projects moving efficiently Ensure projects are executed safely, professionally, and to company quality standards Qualifications Experience in asphalt paving, heavy civil construction, roadway, grading, underground utilities, or related construction fields Experience working around asphalt crews, paving operations, sitework, earthmoving, concrete, or underground utilities strongly preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment Experience with Microsoft Office required; Microsoft Project experience preferred Leadership potential and long-term growth mindset preferred

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
