Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Electrical Estimator/Project Manager to join our growing team. This role combines the critical functions of accurately estimating electrical project costs with overseeing project execution from inception to completion. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in electrical systems, construction processes, and project management will drive success across a variety of commercial and industrial projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to lead complex projects and contribute to innovative electrical solutions. Duties Prepare detailed electrical estimates using industry-standard software, incorporating labor, materials, equipment, and other related costs. Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents to develop accurate pricing strategies aligned with client requirements and project scope. Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards. Manage all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control to ensure timely delivery within budget. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code), safety regulations, and contractual obligations. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Utilize Software for digital plan review, markup coordination, and document management to streamline communication across teams. Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential issues early, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks. Foster strong relationships through effective negotiation and clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members. Experience Proven experience in commercial electrical estimating with a focus on lighting control systems within commercial or industrial projects. Strong background in construction management principles including cost control, scheduling, and contract administration. Extensive electrical experience combined with hands-on construction site knowledge to accurately assess project requirements. Proficiency in estimating software tools. Solid understanding of NEC standards and electrical codes relevant to project execution and safety compliance. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to deliver on time RFP documents and close direct electrical sales. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication abilities for stakeholder engagement at all levels. Join us to lead impactful projects that energize communities! Pay:
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
