Overview Join our dynamic team as an Electrical Estimator and Sales Professional, where your expertise will drive the success of electrical construction projects from initial estimate to project completion. Duties Prepare detailed electrical estimates using industry-standard software, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Collaborate with project managers, electricians and clients to develop comprehensive project scopes and budgets. Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, review existing conditions, and gather necessary data for precise estimating. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to secure favorable terms that align with project budgets. Manage cost control throughout the project lifecycle by monitoring expenses, reviewing change orders, and adjusting estimates as needed. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to facilitate future business opportunities and repeat work. Ensure all estimates comply with relevant codes and adhere to safety standards. Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating with a focus on electrical systems; familiarity with construction site operations is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, construction management practices, and contract administration. Excellent negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards. Solid understanding of construction estimating processes, cost control measures, and project management principles. Hands-on electrical experience or background working on construction sites enhances your ability to deliver accurate estimates.
