In this role, you will help win work, drive successful project execution, and build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and field teams. As an Estimator / Project Manager, you will play a direct role in winning work, leading successful projects, and contributing to the long-term success of a 100% employee-owned company. What you'll do Prepare accurate estimates, takeoffs, proposals, and budgets. Manage projects from startup through closeout. Coordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and field leadership. Track costs, schedules, documentation, and change orders. Support safe, high-quality project delivery. What we're looking for Experience in commercial drywall, interior systems, or specialty contracting. Strong estimating, project management, and organizational skills. Ability to read plans, specifications, and contract documents. Effective communication and relationship-building skills. A commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
