Part-Time Estimator with Growth Opportunity into Full-Time Sales

Michael's Paving is hiring a Part-Time Estimator with a clear path into a Full-Time Sales role. We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, organized, and confident meeting with customers in the field. This position is ideal for someone who wants to build real experience in estimating and sales while growing within an established local paving company. This role is primarily field-based, but it can also include some in-office work depending on the day. In addition to meeting with homeowners and property managers, there may be time spent updating Jobber, organizing estimate information, following up on opportunities, and helping keep the sales pipeline moving. Responsibilities Meet with customers for estimate appointments Measure driveways, parking lots, and other asphalt surfaces Evaluate site conditions and project scope Build accurate estimates using company pricing guidelines Explain the work clearly and professionally Represent the company well in person Follow up on open estimates and help move jobs toward close Keep estimate notes and customer details organized Work closely with the office to keep communication clear and efficient What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Professional attitude and appearance Organized, reliable, and self-motivated Comfortable meeting customers on-site Basic math and measurement ability Ability to learn quickly and follow a proven system Sales experience is a plus Construction, paving, sealcoating, or home service experience is a plus Valid driver's license required Growth Opportunity This role begins on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time sales position as responsibilities and performance increase.
