Johnny's Glass Position Summary Johnny's Glass is seeking a highly skilled Glazer with Project Management and Estimating experience to support end-to-end project delivery. This role is responsible not only for glass installation and repair, but also for scoping jobs, preparing accurate cost estimates, and managing projects from initial customer contact through completion. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing fieldwork with customer-facing and administrative responsibilities. Key ResponsibilitiesGlazing & Installation Measure, cut, install, and replace glass for residential and commercial applications (windows, doors, storefronts, mirrors) Remove damaged glass and prepare surfaces for installation Install frames, sashes, moldings, and hardware Ensure proper sealing, alignment, and finish quality Maintain tools, equipment, and job site safety Estimating Conduct site visits to assess project scope and requirements Prepare accurate material takeoffs and labor estimates Develop and present quotes and bids to customers Source materials and coordinate with vendors/suppliers Track project costs and ensure alignment with estimates Project Management Manage projects from award through completion Schedule jobs, coordinate labor, and ensure timely delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for customers Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines Resolve issues, change orders, and field adjustments as needed Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer expectations Qualifications 3-5+ years of glazing or related construction experience required Demonstrated experience in estimating and/or project management preferred Strong understanding of glass types, installation methods, and industry standards Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications Proficiency in measuring, cost estimation, and job costing Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Working Conditions Combination of fieldwork and office/administrative tasks Indoor and outdoor work in varying conditions Frequent lifting, climbing, bending, and standing Use of PPE including gloves, safety glasses, and harnesses Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage or salary based on experience Potential for performance-based bonuses tied to project profitability Overtime opportunities Health benefits and paid time off (if applicable) Why Join Johnny's Glass? Pay:

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
