Electrical Estimator / Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the estimation process for electrical construction projects and oversee project execution from inception to completion. Your expertise in electrical systems, construction management, and contract negotiations will drive project success, ensuring accurate cost control, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. Duties Prepare comprehensive electrical estimates using industry-standard software such as Accubid, incorporating detailed scope of work, labor, materials, and equipment costs. Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to develop accurate pricing strategies aligned with project requirements and client expectations. Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure favorable terms while maintaining quality standards and project budgets. Manage multiple projects simultaneously by coordinating with construction teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules. Oversee project execution on-site by monitoring progress, controlling costs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including budgets, change orders, progress reports, and contractual agreements. Lead contract negotiations and manage contractual obligations to mitigate risks and maximize profitability. Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating with a strong background in electrical systems and construction management. Proficiency in estimating software such as HeavyBid; experience with Bluebeam is highly desirable. Solid understanding of NEC (National Electrical Code), contracts, and construction safety standards. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, cost control, pricing strategies, and project management principles. Extensive electrical experience combined with hands-on construction site knowledge to accurately assess project needs. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Pay:

$30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
