Role:

We are actively in search of a seasoned Estimator with 3 to 10 years of experience with estimation in the Electrical Trade for Commercial New Construction, who is adept at analyzing blueprints, specifications, and quotes to prepare an all-inclusive quality and accurate bid to join our corporate team based out of our Lititz, PA campus. This position reports to the Estimating Manager.

What You Will Do:

Estimating of MEP systems on projects best suited for the growth and culture of Haller Enterprises, Inc. Prepare the most cost-effective conceptual designs on design/build projects that will meet the expectations of the clients. Sketching of designs to forward to CAD operators to draft. Prepare written proposals and effectively communicate the proposal and scope of work to the customer. Negotiation and continuous follow up with clients on proposals submitted. Interact with counterparts to achieve individual division goals, as well as the overall success and profitability of the company. What We Need From You:

Required:

10+ years trade experience Experience in understanding project blueprints, design drawings, specifications, proposals and other documentation to prepare time/cost/equipment/labor/material estimates for projects and services. Valid Driver's License required to operate company or personal vehicle for company business. Must be able to present acceptable documents evidencing identity and employment authorizations per the Federal I-9 requirement. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Bluebeam is a plus Experience with Trimble Estimation is a plus Knowledge of general construction practices. Knowledge of the National Electric Code and NFPA 70E.
