Read Before Applying This is NOT an entry-level role We are looking for someone who: Has experience in construction estimating or a related field Can work quickly and accurately under pressure Is comfortable working directly with homeowners and builders Wants to take ownership of a critical function If you prefer a slower-paced or highly supervised role, this will not be a fit What You'll Do Conduct in-home estimates (measure, assess scope, interact with clients) Read and interpret construction plans / blueprints Create and send detailed estimates and proposals Ensure all estimates are delivered within 48 hours Manage the full estimating pipeline from start to finish Communicate timelines and project expectations Follow up with customers after sending proposals Represent the company professionally in the field Compensation $65,000
