In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing project requirements, preparing comprehensive cost estimates, and collaborating closely with clients, suppliers, and project teams to ensure successful project execution. Your expertise will help drive profitable projects while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale commercial flooring installations, utilizing your construction estimating skills and industry knowledge to deliver outstanding results. Duties Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to develop precise cost estimates for commercial flooring installations Utilize estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam to prepare detailed bid proposals and pricing strategies Conduct site visits to gather on-the-ground information, assess site conditions, and verify project scope Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams through negotiation to secure favorable terms and pricing Prepare and manage budgets, track costs, and implement cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle Analyze contracts, scope of work documents, and project schedules to ensure accurate bid submissions Support project management teams by providing accurate estimates that align with project timelines and objectives Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating within the commercial flooring or broader construction industry Strong knowledge of construction management principles, contracts, and project workflows Proficiency in Bluebeam for digital markup and document management Experience with HeavyBid or similar estimating software is highly desirable Excellent negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms Familiarity with construction site conditions and safety protocols Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cost analysis and documentation Join a Premier Name in Las Vegas Home Transformations!
