Job Description

Commercial Plumbing Estimator 📍 Aurora, CO (Hybrid) Why This Role? Join a top-tier mechanical contractor with 50+ years of stability , a strong project backlog , and the backing of a national organization . This is a high-impact role where your work directly drives new business and revenue growth. What You'll Do
  • Lead all phases of estimating and bidding for commercial plumbing projects
  • Perform detailed take-offs and cost analysis
  • Review drawings, specs, and contracts to define project scope
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Attend job walks, pre-bid meetings, and client discussions
  • Prepare proposals and scope letters What You Bring
  • 5+ years of commercial plumbing estimating experience (not general MEP)
  • Strong understanding of construction documents and bidding processes
  • Experience with tools like Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore , or similar
  • Plumbing field background is a big plus
  • Knowledge of the Denver market preferred What You Get
  • $90K - $130K base + 10-15% bonus
  • Hybrid schedule (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)
