Job Description Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for multiple project types Estimate ground-up commercial projects up to ~$10M Support pricing and bidding for smaller TI projects ranging from $500K

The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Estimator should have: 3+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor Ground-up construction estimating experience required Exposure to TI and renovation work preferred Life Sciences project experience is a strong plus Solid working knowledge of Excel (no advanced modeling required) Ability to work from a Waltham, MA office with hybrid flexibility What's on Offer $115,000
