Sandy, OR Salary Range:

$70,000 - $130,000 DOE At Konell Construction & Demolition , we're family-rooted, Oregon-proud, and grounded in a legacy of hard work and high standards. We're growing — and we're looking for a Civil Construction Estimator who's organized, detail-driven, and ready to help us continue building strong communities across the region.

What You'll Do:

Prepare accurate estimates for public and private civil construction projects Perform quantity take-offs and thoroughly review project plans and specs Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to manage costs and timelines Ensure all estimates are complete, competitive, and aligned with client goals Maintain clear communication with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders

What You Bring:

Proficiency in civil construction estimating, quantity take-offs, and budgeting Experience with cost management and project documentation Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Knowledge of construction standards and local/state regulations A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or 5+ years related field experience Certifications are a plus — but what matters most is your integrity and drive
