We have great company culture and internal opportunity for growth and development. This position will consist of mostly estimating and pre-construction duties. Projects will vary in size and scope, ranging from small to very large multi-family buildings. The Estimator role will be responsible for managing all of his/hers assigned projects from beginning to end.

Job Description:

Preparing bids for Multi-Family construction projects. Creating pre-construction project detail documents for the assigned Measure Technician, Install Team, & Project Manager. Ensure overall financial health of your projects and project forecasts. The Successful Applicant will have the following: 1+ years of estimating experience Strong background in either multi-family or commercial construction Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, & Auto-CAD The ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team The ability to manage multiple projects Understanding product lines, warranties, and installation guidelines Represent the Company with integrity and pride Strive to meet or exceed customer expectations at all times High attention to detail Problem analysis and problem resolution skills
