Seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to augment an already strong veteran team. TITAN Earthwork, LLC is a full-service civil and electrical general contractor. TITAN's are driven by these core values: Integrity, Safety, Quality, Production. Titan specializes in the difficult unicorn types of projects that challenge our team and push personal growth. This is a hybrid position with some days required working in the office and others working from a home office - all equipment provided by TITAN. May require in person job walks or meeting onsite with clients. We're looking for an Electrical Estimator/Project Manager to join our growing preconstruction team and support the development of accurate, competitive cost estimates for industrial and infrastructure electrical projects. This role plays a key part in winning work and setting projects up for successful execution through clear scope definition, sound pricing, and strong coordination across teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Primary duties will be as a member of the estimating team focused on the electrical estimates for industrial and DOT projects TITAN is pursuing. Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and addenda to fully understand project requirements, identifying risks and mitigation strategies Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and pricing using HCSS HeavyBid Develop unit pricing and assemble complete estimate backups Utilize vendor relationships to solicit, analyze, and level vendor and subcontractor pricing to ensure full scope coverage Prepare clear scope letters and proposal letter with detailed inclusions, exclusions, and conditions Constructability reviews and alternate pricing discussions Support bid reviews, clarifications, and post-bid analysis Organized estimate files, bid logs, and documentation Support a smooth handoff from estimating to project teams Support project teams with change order estimates Participate in weekly estimating team meetings Manage Projects supporting the field teams Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For TITAN uses HCSS HeavyBid (preferred but willing to train the right candidate) 5+ years of experience in electrical estimating or related electrical construction field experience at the journey level or higher Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and construction documentation Experience developing full-scope electrical estimates from drawings and specifications Ability to interpret complex construction documents and identify scope gaps Knowledge of NEC, local codes and construction methods Knowledge of electrical materials and their applications Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related estimating tools Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesExperience:
