Compensation:
Senior Estimator:
$85,000•$105,000 annually + 3% Safe Harbor contribution
Estimator:
$70,000•$85,000 annually + 3% Safe Harbor contribution

About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with a well-established and growing underground construction organization seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. Our client has a strong reputation in the industry, a collaborative work environment, and a long-standing team focused on quality, safety, and customer service.
Job Description:
The Estimator will support pre-construction activities by preparing accurate project estimates, managing quote requests, reviewing project requirements, and partnering with internal teams to ensure successful project transitions. This role will work closely with leadership and operations teams to develop estimates, maintain project documentation, and support client relationships throughout the bidding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Review incoming project opportunities and coordinate estimating assignments Prepare detailed cost estimates, including takeoffs, pricing, and project scope reviews Analyze project documents, drawings, addendums, and specifications to develop accurate proposals Maintain organized project records, estimating documentation, and communication notes Provide completed estimates for internal review and approval before submission Follow up on submitted proposals and track project status updates Assist with awarded project handoffs by communicating estimating details and project expectations to operations teams Maintain forecasting reports, project updates, and pipeline information
Qualifications:
Senior Estimator candidates should have 2+ years of estimating experience Estimator candidates should have 1+ years of estimating experience Previous underground construction experience required Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent communication and organizational skills
