$100K- $135K base + vehicle allowance Mid sized Commercial General Contractor based in Gaffney, SC is looking to hire an Estimator due to continued growth and an increasing project pipeline. The company delivers projects ranging from $1M
- $50M across schools, parks, commercial buildings, churches, and warehouses, working across bid work, Design Build, and CM at Risk delivery methods. - $135K base salary Vehicle allowance 100% healthcare coverage Cell phone / allowance Up to 3 weeks PTO Paid holidays 2 bonuses per year Flexible / hybrid working Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Construction Estimator with a Commercial General Contractor and/or Construction Subcontractor Experience working on commercial construction projects preferred Experience with bid work, Design Build, and/or CM at Risk projects Ambitious individual looking to grow and progress within the company long term Self motivated, reliable, and able to work responsibly within a flexible / hybrid working environment Procore and Bluebeam experience preferred
