  • Healthcare will: Prepare detailed cost estimates for healthcare and life science projects.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and proposals to develop accurate budgets. Lead preconstruction efforts, including conceptua and GMP estimating. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clientsduring bid phase. Perform quanity takeoffs and pricing for complex scopes. Identify cost-saving opportunites and value engineering solutions. Maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors. Support multiple projects across various stages of preconstruction.   • Healthcare should have: 5-10+ years of estimating experience within construction.
Background working on healthcare pharmeceutical, lab, or clean room projects. Experiencer with occupied renovations highly preferred. Proficiency with tools like Bluebeam, Procore, or similar (preferred). Strong communication and analytical skills. Abaility to manage multiple estimates simultaneously. What's on Offer The Estimator
