Estimator / Project Manager

Duties Prepare accurate and comprehensive construction estimates utilizing industry-standard software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam, ensuring all project costs are thoroughly analyzed and documented. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts that align with project budgets and objectives. Develop detailed project schedules, scope of work documents, and cost control strategies to facilitate seamless project execution. Oversee all phases of construction projects on-site, including managing subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Manage contract administration by reviewing agreements, tracking change orders, and resolving any contractual issues promptly. Implement effective cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards. Coordinate with design teams and clients during pre-construction phases to refine estimates and scope of work based on evolving project requirements. Lead project meetings, track milestones, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment. Skills Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid; experience with Bluebeam is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure competitive pricing while fostering positive relationships with vendors and clients. Solid understanding of construction management principles including scheduling, cost control, and safety compliance. Hands-on construction site experience that provides insight into field operations and practical challenges. Expertise in contract review, administration, and managing change orders effectively. Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently. $70,507.57 - $84,912.34 per year
