Estimator/CAD Drafter

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estimator / AutoCAD Designer to design and estimate customized accessibility solutions for individuals with mobility challenges. The ideal candidate will combine technical drafting skills with strong analytical abilities to develop accurate ramp layouts and cost estimates. Key Responsibilities Design & Drafting Develop ramp layouts based on each client's unique site conditions, including elevation and slope calculations Use AutoCAD to draft, edit, and finalize drawings for wheelchair ramp installations Design custom and one-off components as needed Estimating & Analysis Prepare accurate project estimates using Excel Calculate materials pricing and parts lists for each project Ensure all estimates align with company standards and project requirements Communication & Coordination Collaborate with franchise partners regarding site evaluations and project details Communicate design specifications and revisions clearly and efficiently Support internal teams with technical drawings and project information Qualifications Required Proficiency in AutoCAD Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to quickly learn ramp design standards and requirements Preferred 3D CAD experience Prior experience in estimating or design within the construction or accessibility industries Education & Experience Associate's degree in CAD Design, Engineering, or related field preferred Minimum 1 year of AutoCAD experience required

Compensation Pay Range:
