Scenario:

You just finished an estimate with a client who wants a full backyard transformation. Would you be able to accurately calculate material and labor costs that same day? If a customer moves forward with your bid, 85% of the total project cost is provided to you by the customer. The remaining 15% is given to us as commission. Because of this payment structure, would you be willing to charge under market prices in order to secure the most jobs? We will have you go and bid the project and if we win it, you will get to build it as well.
