We are currently seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Junior Project Manager/Estimator. This role will support estimating, scheduling, pre-construction coordination, and project administration across our luxury residential projects. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone early in their construction management career who is eager to grow within a professional, process-driven environment while gaining exposure to high-end custom residential construction. What You Will Accomplish in This Role In this role, you will support both pre-construction and active project operations while helping maintain the high standards our projects are known for.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with project scheduling, coordination, and timeline management Supporting estimating, budgeting, and scope preparation Coordinating communication with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and suppliers Organizing project documentation and tracking deliverables throughout all phases of construction Assisting with selections, specifications, procurement tracking, and material coordination Preparing meeting notes, reports, schedules, and client updates Managing and maintaining construction management software and project records Supporting project coordination from design development through construction completion Assisting the project management team in maintaining project quality, organization, and workflow efficiency This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, technically capable, and eager to build a long-term career within the luxury residential construction industry. Experience 1-3 years of experience in one or more of the following: Residential construction Project coordination Estimating Pre-construction Construction administration Construction Management education or related field preferred Recent graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply Experience within custom residential construction is considered a strong asset Technical Skills Experience with some of the following is preferred: Microsoft Excel Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct, or similar construction management platforms Bluebeam or PDF markup software Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or scheduling software Ability to read and interpret residential construction drawings and specifications What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Highly organized and detail-oriented Professional, polished, and client-focused A strong written and verbal communicator Comfortable working independently and managing multiple responsibilities Process-driven with strong problem-solving abilities Technically proficient and adaptable Eager to learn and grow within a high-performance environment Passionate about high-end residential construction, architecture, and design Location Requirement Candidates must be located in or near Boca Raton, Florida.
