Qualifications :
Preferred CAD proficiency Preferred 3+ years of estimating and designing in the green industry Able to conduct a thorough site analysis Able to calculate related quantities for soil, plants, mulch and labor Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills Enjoys challenges and problem solving
Responsibilities:
Estimating and design commercial landscape Generate commercial construction Landscape bids and all the change orders Support Business Developer with transition from lead through proposal to signed contract and hand off to production Execute all annual color bed designs and plans Interfaces with Business Developer to ensure all client concerns are addressed in a timely professional manner
