Recently acquired by an investment group, the company is scaling rapidly and investing in talent, systems, and process improvements to support growth and customer diversification. About the Role The Estimator plays a critical role in pricing accuracy, margin protection, and operational success. This position partners closely with sales, engineering, and production to deliver competitive and profitable quotes. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze technical drawings and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Perform material, labor, and process cost calculations.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to validate manufacturability.
• Maintain and improve estimating tools, templates, and cost models.
• Support continuous improvement in quoting speed and accuracy.
• Work cross-functionally to align pricing with business strategy. Required Qualifications
• 3•7+ years of estimating experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes (cutting, forming, welding, finishing).
• Experience with ERP/estimating systems (JobBOSS or similar preferred).
