Part-time aluminum & screen estimator & data entry

Job Overview We're looking to expand! We need a "do-it-all" individual. We're a small company that's searching for someone that has experience and existing relationships with aluminum supply and screen companies. Someone that's comfortable writing up estimates, finding out locations to get product and logging everything. For now, this is a part-time position that could turn in to full time.

Job Details:

Enter detailed product data into our systems, including Quick Books and, ensuring all information is precise and up-to-date Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure estimates align with production capabilities and lead times Maintain organized records of estimates, data entries, and related documentation for easy retrieval and audit purposes Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process enhancements aligned with lean manufacturing principles Skills Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts, including inventory management, demand planning, and production scheduling Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to support production planning processes Experience with lean manufacturing practices to promote efficiency and waste reduction Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and product estimation Ability to interpret technical drawings or specifications related to aluminum and screen products Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members across departments This role offers a vibrant environment where your contributions directly impact operational success.
