This role works closely with leadership and plays a key part in pricing, planning, and securing upcoming work. Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid packages Review drawings and specifications, identify scope gaps and risks Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids Perform bid leveling and pricing analysis Support budgeting and conceptual estimating during preconstruction Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and competitive proposals Requirements 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating Experience with hard bid, design-build, or CMAR projects Strong understanding of construction drawings and specs Experience working with subcontractors and bid processes Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar Background working for a general contractor (not residential) Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $90,000
