Preconstruction Specialist Location:
Powell, OH (Hybrid) Falkbuilt is seeking a self-motivated Preconstruction Specialist to support our growing branch network. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
Review construction documents and drawing sets for accuracy and scope alignment Educate clients, architects, and designers on Falkbuilt solutions, systems, and processes Perform project double-checks within the Echo platform for branch network support Manage projects end-to-end, including scope development and proposal creation Deliver clear, accurate proposals to clients in a timely manner Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of design and construction principles Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-moving, continuously evolving company Self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive improvements
