Project Estimator-Construction

Overview The Project Estimator is responsible for identifying and reviewing construction projects, developing accurate pricing, and ensuring all work is clearly defined and understood. This role supports project success by maintaining a strong understanding of project scope, requirements, and overall expectations from preconstruction through project support. Responsibilities Find and review potential projects and bid opportunities Review plans, specifications, and scope requirements Obtain bonding for projects as required Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier bids Manage orders, RFIs, and submittals Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members Ensure understanding of scope, process, and order of operations Qualifications Experience in construction estimating or project management Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing Ability to read blueprints and project specifications Proficient in Adobe, Excel, Email, Word and Construct Connect. Strong organizational and communication skills Work Environment Combination of office work and jobsite visits Fast-paced with multiple projects at times Compensation Pay is based on experience and qualifications

Pay:

$36,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
