As a nationwide, full-service provider of architectural cladding systems and components, CEI Materials partners with architects, contractors, and installers to ensure buildings not only meet design intent—but perform at the highest level. Our designers, engineers, fabricators, and installers take pride in delivering exceptional quality on every project. We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Estimator to join our Estimating & Sales team. This role is responsible for producing accurate estimates and professional proposals for architectural cladding projects while supporting sales efforts from initial opportunity through project award. Onsite position, open to remote candidates. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate material takeoffs Prepare, submit, and communicate clear, competitive proposals Follow up on open proposals and assist with closing opportunities Maintain and update CRM data for assigned projects Collaborate with customers, architects, engineers, and internal teams Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and related documents Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize independently Support a smooth transition from prospect to active client
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication abilities Excellent problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Bluebeam Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, flexible environment Bachelor's degree in an industry-related field or 4+ years of professional estimating experience Commercial construction experience preferred What Leads to Success Highly organized and detail-focused Creative, solutions-oriented mindset Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
Pay:
$62,138.17 - $74,833.06 per year
