Position Overview:

We are seeking an sales professional who wants to maximize earnings through a high-commission structure. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with uncapped income potential.

Responsibilities:

• Perform roof inspections and prepare estimates
• Conduct installation inspections to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
• Estimate and sell gutters and related exterior components
• Close residential and/or commercial roofing projects
• Generate your own leads will be paid at a higher Commission.
• Work insurance claims (preferred)
• Maintain client relationships and follow up

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in roofing or a related industry with a strong track record of success
• Roofing, gutters, or exterior construction sales experience preferred
• Strong closing and prospecting ability
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Comfortable working in a commission-only structure
