Job Description:
Sell/estimate/schedule/manage projects, oversee/direct team, will be provided with projects/clients, work with Superintendents/support staff, design/build work, preconstruction, client/sub relationships, closeout, and ensure quality/timelines/profits/safety Risk management, constructability reviews, proposals/bid docs, RFIs, change orders, plans/specs/docs/logs/cost reports, meetings, construction admin/coordination, job forecasts/reviews/walks, and resolve issues Flexible hybrid work schedule
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in project management/estimating/sales at a Bay Area general contractor on TI, life science, commercial, datacenter, healthcare, automotive, or education projects Experience selling/estimating your own work Strong personality, communication/negotiating/management skills, and self-motivated Solid industry contacts and book of business A bit about us:•Over the past 2+ decades, we've successfully completed thousands of projects while building a loyal client base across the Bay Area and beyond, including groups such as Apple, YouTube, Lam Research, Kaiser Permanente, Facebook, Oracle, Gilead, as well as a large handful of automotive manufacturers.
