- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and performing detailed Quantity Take-offs
- Strong skills in Budgeting and Cost Management to ensure financial accuracy and project feasibility
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration across teams, clients, and contractors
- Proficiency with estimating software and tools
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in commercial construction and site development projects preferred
